Technical access data

When this website is accessed, the server processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, user agent and status code. This data is used to provide the website securely, analyse errors and prevent misuse.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of this website.

If you contact us by email, the information you provide is processed to handle the request. It is retained only as long as necessary for processing, documentation or legal obligations.

Audience measurement

Statistics without cookies

We would like to know which pages are being read. For that we run analytics software (Umami) on our own server. No cookies are set and nothing is stored in your browser. There is no connection to a third party; the data never leaves our server.

What is recorded: the page visited, the date and time, the approximate origin at country level, the referring page and rough details about device and browser. The IP address is not stored. It only feeds into a non-reversible check value with a salt that changes daily, which groups visits within one day. Recognition across days or across other websites is therefore not possible.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is understanding which content is of interest. As no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required for this.

Rights

Access, correction and deletion

Data subjects have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under the GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with future effect.

Complaints may be lodged with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
